ESG Oversight
IPG’s Board of Directors is involved in the oversight and governance of ESG issues that align with our purpose as a company. The entire Board, including our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and our Chairman, has responsibility for the oversight and management of the company’s risks, including those related to ESG issues.
Guided by these principles, our ESG strategy takes an integrated approach that incorporates time-bound targets, strategic partnerships and implementation across our business.

ESG Materiality
IPG regularly conducts materiality assessments to identify specific topics that inform our ESG strategy and reporting, ensuring that we focus on the key issues for our business and stakeholders. This process supports our strategic response to shifts taking place in the world around us while operating in alignment with our company values.
