Historical Reporting

IPG has been continuously expanding our ESG disclosures since our first report in 2015. Our historical reports and disclosures, including CDP responses, can be found on our website.

Approach to ESG Disclosure

The 2023 ESG Report was prepared in alignment with multiple reporting frameworks and initiatives including GRI, SASB, TCFD, the UN Global Compact and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Additionally, IPG regularly responds to ESG-related questionnaires and surveys, including CDP, EcoVadis, Ecodesk and S&P Global’s CSA.

Reporting Boundary

The 2023 ESG Report primarily covers data and metrics related to the 2022 calendar year, unless otherwise noted. IPG also made great strides in our sustainability journey during 2023, and some of this progress is highlighted throughout the report where indicated.

External Assurance

PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) performed a limited assurance engagement on certain greenhouse gas emissions and certain employee diversity metrics for the year ended or as of December 31, 2022. See PwC’s Report of Independent Accountants in the 2023 ESG Report.
